Our Marketing Team:

This is a unique position to lead Demand Generation at Knak, a MarTech SaaS company that markets to marketing operations professionals. Marketing to marketers is an extremely rewarding challenge for the right person. Our marketing team leads by example, championing creativity in our own work, and also the work of our customers. That means we do as much as we can in-house, from strategy to concept to creation to deployment. Our campaigns and content aim to grow the business, while also inspiring, informing and adding value for customers and prospective customers alike. We’re a decidedly new-school marketing team that constantly evolves our approaches. But we’re also pragmatic, never shying away from proven methods that we know to drive success.


As the Demand Generation Manager, you will:

 

  • Strategize, implement, and optimize integrated lead generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase sales pipeline;
  • Execute, manage and improve paid search tactics across paid channels, including paid search, sponsored content and display networks;
  • Create, Execute and manage ABM campaigns. Working with the Sales and Marketing teams to define the ABM strategy and build relevant programs and nurturing processes;
  • Tactical execution of marketing programs including hosting webinars, running email campaigns, event-based lead generation, sponsorships, paid advertising, and more;
  • Strategize, build and execute integrated event campaigns that will create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities;
  • Leverage marketing tech stack to support the roll-out of marketing programs including marketing automation systems (Marketo) customer relationship management systems (Salesforce) and reporting systems (Tableau) to stage, execute, track, measure and manage programs;
  • Define and track key metrics and deliver reporting and analytics for all marketing programs;
  • Test and improve programs and measure effectiveness to accelerate pipeline growth and close leads faster;
  • Understanding how to monitor analytics and interpret the data to shift strategy as needed.


Job Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing, Demand Gen, or Lead Gen role;
  • B2B marketing experience (software as a service is a plus);
  • Experience with campaign creation and execution across multiple channels;
  • Knowledge and experience on MarTech stack, with customer relationship management (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation systems (e.g. Marketo);
  • Knowledge of the demand funnel and B2B lead management best practices;
  • Savvy at communicating and managing relationships both internally and with vendors;
  • Experience at a startup, a small company, or in a fast-paced environment is preferred;
  • Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and adaptable;
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to effectively generate, execute and report on marketing programs;
  • Proven track record of execution on marketing campaigns, including planning, project management, reporting and results
