Our Product Team 


As a Product Manager at Knak, you will be reporting into the VP of Product and working with your engineering, design, and analytics partners to execute on your team's roadmap. Furthermore, you will be tasked to perform product discovery, talk to customers, test, iterate and learn as you stay connected to market feedback to adjust for success.  The role also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.  The Product Manager will also work closely with the leadership team to help shape the direction, influence product strategy, and establish practices to address customer needs.



What you'll do


  • Work with your engineering, design, and analytics partners to execute on your team's roadmap
  • Determine features, write product and technical specs, organize user studies, help write test plans, manage the backlog.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Work with marketing, sales and service business partners to take your solutions to market, helping ensure there’s clarity on market impacting value and supporting to help drive success
  • Perform product discovery, talk to customers, test, iterate and learn as you stay connected to market feedback to adjust for success
  • Help shape the direction, influence product strategy, and establish practices to address customer needs.



Who you are


  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Demonstrated experience working on a SaaS product or in the MarTech space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Experience working with data analytics to understand product usage, identify opportunities, and design experiments that allow you to measure your products performance
