Who we are

Knak is a world-class enterprise email & landing page creation platform with a focus (some would say an unhealthy obsession) on making successful and happy customers by providing them with an incredibly powerful, yet easy to use creation platform.

Our industry leading SaaS solution is built by Marketers, for Marketers. We know that it’s the small things that make the biggest impact and that emails and landing pages are where the rubber hits the road when it comes to Marketing Automation.

Our mission is to change the way Marketers work by making them more efficient, while improving the conversion rate of their campaigns and helping them stay on brand.

Oh, and we have a bit of fun while doing it!

We are looking for a Principal Product Designer who advocates for the user despite business or technical constraints. You value data-driven design and back up all your choices with thoughtful insights from the user. You will own the overall look, feel, and usability of Knak.

You are also a natural leader looking to build out the design practice at Knak by ramping up a Design team and the User Research practice

You will be collaborating with development and leadership to come up with new features or enhancements to existing ones. You will help guide the team to make the right decisions for the user and company.
